Listed below are the official ranks of the Delta Fighter Wing Gaming Community and their descriptions. The latest update to DFW hierarchical structure was implemented on April 18, 2025 to reflect the unification of Divisions and removal of Division Administrators.

ADMINISTRATIVE RANKS//DFW STAFF
	Founder The Founder is the leader, chief administrator, and highest-ranking individual in the Delta Fighter Wing Gaming Community. The Founder manages all operations of all divisions and groups of the community and has the final say on executive, structural and judicial decisions of DFW. The Founder is the only individual that is authorized to amend the rules, terms and conditions of the Delta Fighter Wing Gaming Community, as well as manage community funds.
	Administrator Administrators are staff officers which are structural and operational overseers of all platforms of the Delta Fighter Wing Gaming Community. Administrators are trusted members who are required to undergo a detailed interview process conducted by the DFW Administration Board. This process helps the board determine their capacity to effectuate the role they have been appointed to fulfill. Approved candidates are temporarily advanced to the rank of Community Coordinator while they receive training on their specific functions before being appointed the rank. Administrators work with a game group’s corresponding Gamemaster to conduct any necessary administrative tasks within the scope of community administration. The executive Administrator is a secondary role granted to an individual which is exclusively appointed by the Founder to serve as the co-leader of the Delta Fighter Wing Gaming Community. The executive Administrator collaborates with the Founder in managing the Delta Fighter Wing Gaming Community, and has authority over all groups and its staff members. The appointed executive Administrator assumes the role of the Founder in his absence, and is the only individual authorized to do so.
	Developer Developers are the architects and technical managers of DFW-hosted servers, custom-built integrations, software, bots, applications, scripts, game mods, or websites/web elements for use by the Delta Fighter Wing Gaming Community. Developers may be responsible for designing, managing, debugging, and maintaining whatever medium for DFW which they were appointed as a Developer by the DFW Administration Board to oversee. While Developers are not directly responsible for any form of community administration or moderation and do not govern any specific group within DFW, they fall within the DFW Staff Group and are granted the capability to do so if need be. The Developer rank may also be granted as a secondary role to Administrators who ARE responsible for community administration to individuals who wish to perform both administrative as well as technical development tasks within the community.
	Gamemaster Gamemasters are specifically appointed to lead a game group within their division. Gamemasters may act as squad leaders, group leaders, raid captains, etc. in their in-game roles. Gamemasters are responsible for direct management of the group which falls under the specific game they are appointed to manage, as well as group rule management/enforcement, player support, event coordination, recruiting/community building, update/patch tracking, DFW resource logistics coordination, and member-staff coordination. The Gamemaster rank is the result of a combination of the former legacy ranks of Division Moderator and Group Captain.
	Community Coordinator Community Coordinators are appointed by the Founder and/or an Administrator and serve as coordinators for the Delta Fighter Wing Gaming Community and advisors to the DFW Administration Board. Community Coordinators are granted the capability of moderating all groups and platforms of the Delta Fighter Wing Gaming Community, as needed. Community Coordinators do not govern any specific group within DFW, nor are they directly responsible for personnel or resource management of specific members or groups. Gamemasters may select Community Coordinators to fill in for group leadership pro tempore, in the absence of game group leadership. The Community Coordinator rank is the result of a combination of the former legacy ranks of Moderator, Global Moderator, and Division Moderator.
MEMBERSHIP TIERS//NON-STAFF
	Founding Veteran Founding Veterans are the original gangsters of the Delta Fighter Wing Gaming Community. This rank is issued specifically by the Chief and Executive Administrators to those who have been an integral part of the DFW family and its growth since the early days when the old gods walked among us. Members may be appointed to this rank if they were former members of DFW during its prime years between 2005 to 2010. This rank may also be appointed to those who were partners, allies, or affiliates of DFW, but have remained a fundamental part of our roots, even if they never wore the tag. This rank cannot be automatically achieved, as Founding Veterans are hand-selected by the Founder based on history and involvement with DFW.
	Veteran Veteran ranks are the most prestigious legacy ranks of the Delta Fighter Wing Gaming Community. Veteran ranks are granted to individuals for exemplary, distinguished, and unwavering loyal service to DFW for 6 or more years. Members are eligible for promotion to Veteran after 6 or more years of uninterrupted membership. Members who meet the eligibility requirements and are selected for advancement to Veteran status by the DFW Administration will be granted a separate, distinguishing role from Members and VIP Members. * Uninterrupted membership references only members who have not been officially discharged, and does not involve level of activity in the community.
	VIP Member VIP Members are users who were former applicants, Recruits, and DFW Official Members prior to the restructure of membership roles. VIP Member is the second tier of the Delta Fighter Wing Gaming Community's membership structure and encompasses users who have submitted an application to the DFW Staff and have been approved for VIP membership. VIP Members retain priority clan/guild slots in-game. When clan/guild slots have capped, users will be removed by membership tier and last date of activity. VIP Members will not be removed. VIP membership also grant users access to VIP channels as well as VIP kits on active DFW-hosted sandbox/multiplayer servers.
	Member As of September 28, 2022, Member ranks and Recruits have been phased out, following a transition in favor of a two-tiered membership system. Members of the Delta Fighter Wing Gaming Community are users who have joined our Discord and self-assigned a membership role and game of affiliation. Applications are no longer necessary to become a Member of DFW and users can freely switch into membership roles through Discord. Membership is required for invites to any DFW clan, guild, or organization within our supported games.
