The Delta Fighter Wing Gaming Community discarded its legacy awards system in 2010 following our transition to a gaming community from a military-style clan. However, during the 23 SEP 2016 Coldsnap Summit, the proposition was made to re-implement an awards system in order to facilitate member engagement through the use of incentives.In 2018, the official decision was made to begin the re-implementation of an awards system. Available awards and their tiered definitions are currently still in the early stages and will require further updates as time permits.Following are the current awards which have been officially implemented thus far:
ADDICTThe Addict medal is awarded to DFW members who have a significant number of hours logged on a legitimate record for a primary supported game of their division. This medal is retained once awarded, even if DFW terminates support for that game by way of vote during a Coldsnap Summit.

PHILANTHROPISTThe Philanthropist medal is awarded to DFW members who have contributed monetary donations to the Delta Fighter Wing Gaming Community for the promotion of community welfare and services upkeep.

HEADHUNTERThe Headhunter medal is awarded to DFW members who have successfully recruited and were designated as a referrer by multiple approved applicants, contributing to the growth of the community.

BUTTSTALLIONThe Buttstallion medal is a highly-requested reincarnation of the 2007 legacy Delta Fighter Wing medal, “Happy Goo-Goo” award. This medal was awarded to a single member at any given time for inadvertently earning notoriety with a reputation for unparalleled tomfoolery and lunacy. This medal was also historically awarded for astronomically botching up a match or skirmish during official representation at the cost of a win.
