Listed below are the official ranks of the Delta Fighter Wing Gaming Community and their descriptions. The new DFW structure was implemented community-wide on May 3, 2014, and revised on September 28, 2022.

ADMINISTRATIVE RANKS//DFW STAFF
	Chief Administrator The Chief Administrator is the leader, founder and highest-ranking individual in the Delta Fighter Wing Gaming Community. The Chief Admin manages all operations of all divisions and groups of the community and has the final say on executive, structural and judicial decisions of DFW. The Chief Admin is the only individual that is authorized to amend the rules, terms and conditions of the Delta Fighter Wing Gaming Community, as well as manage community funds.
	Executive Administrator The Executive Administrator is the co-leader of the Delta Fighter Wing Gaming Community, and also manages all operations of all divisions and groups. The Executive Admin collaborates with the Chief Admin in managing the Delta Fighter Wing Gaming Community, and has authority over all divisions and its administrators. The Executive Admin assumes the role of the Chief Admin in his absence, and is the only individual authorized to do so. The Executive Admin has a secondary final say in all matters of DFW aside from monetary.
	Wing Administrator Wing Administrators are appointed by the Chief and Executive Administrators to adopt one of three specific sets of essential staff functions to be performed community-wide: Personnel, Operations and Public Affairs. Wing Administrators are trusted members who are required to undergo a detailed interview process conducted by the DFW Administration Board. Wing Administrators are strictly members of the Command Division and do not fall within the chain of responsibility of any other division. Wing Administrators are parallel within the hierarchy to Division Administrators, but have no direct influence over any division or its members outside of the realm of their appointed function.
	Division Administrator Division Administrators are individuals which are hand-selected by the Delta Fighter Wing Administration to manage and lead a specific division of the Delta Fighter Wing Gaming Community. Division Administrators are responsible for overseeing and coordinating all operations and events of their respective division. Division Administrators have the authority to establish their own rules and guidelines (in addition to the DFW general rules, terms, and conditions) as they see fit for their division.
	Gamemaster Gamemasters are specifically appointed to lead a game group within their division. Gamemasters may act as squad leaders, group leaders, raid captains, etc. in their in-game roles. Gamemasters are responsible for direct management of the group which falls under the specific game they are appointed to manage. The Gamemaster rank is the result of a combination of the former legacy ranks of Division Moderator and Group Captain and function as division staff for each respective Division Admin.
	Command Moderator Command Moderators are appointed by the Chief Administrator and/or Executive Administrator and are tasked with moderating all divisions and platforms of the Delta Fighter Wing Gaming Community, as needed. Command Moderators do not govern any specific division within DFW, nor are they directly responsible for personnel or resource management of specific members or groups within each division. Command Moderators are now nested within the Command Division in the DFW hierarchy and operate at the discretion of the Chief and Executive Administrators. DFW Division Admins and Gamemasters may select Command Moderators to fill in for division leadership pro tempore, in the absence of division leadership. A Command Moderator’s primary functions are simply moderation of DFW platforms and provision of counsel and insight to the administration. The Command Moderator rank is the result of a combination of the former legacy ranks of Global Moderator and Division Moderator.
MEMBERSHIP TIERS//NON-STAFF
	Founding Veteran Founding Veterans are the original gangsters of the Delta Fighter Wing Gaming Community. This rank is issued specifically by the Chief and Executive Administrators to those who have been an integral part of the DFW family and its growth since the early days when the old gods walked among us. Members may be appointed to this rank if they were former members of DFW during its prime years between 2005 to 2010. This rank may also be appointed to those who were partners, allies, or affiliates of DFW, but have remained a fundamental part of our roots, even if they never wore the tag. This rank cannot be automatically achieved, as Founding Veterans are hand-selected by the Chief and Executive Administrators based on history and involvement with DFW.
	Veteran Veteran ranks are the most prestigious legacy ranks of the Delta Fighter Wing Gaming Community. Veteran ranks are granted to individuals for exemplary, distinguished, and unwavering loyal service to DFW for 6 or more years. Members are eligible for promotion to Veteran after 6 years of uninterrupted membership. Members who meet the eligibility requirements and are selected for advancement to Veteran status by the DFW Administration will be granted a separate, distinguishing role from Members and VIP Members. * Uninterrupted membership references only members who have not been officially discharged, and does not involve level of activity in the community.
	Team Leader Team Leaders are appointed by their respective Gamemasters to lead a team of members or other sub-group elements in-game. Team Leaders are the direct delegates and liaisons of the taskings and responsibilities of a group's Gamemaster. Team Leaders can be appointed from the Members or VIP Members of DFW depending on their in-game expertise and/or aptitude to lead. Team Leaders are not part of the DFW Staff and operate predominantly as organizers and coordinators for Gamemasters if required.
	VIP Member VIP Members are users who were former applicants, Recruits, and DFW Official Members prior to the restructure of membership roles. VIP Member is the second tier of the Delta Fighter Wing Gaming Community's membership structure and encompasses users who have submitted an application to the DFW Staff and have been approved for VIP membership. VIP Members retain priority clan/guild slots in-game. When clan/guild slots have capped, users will be removed by membership tier and last date of activity. VIP Members will not be removed. VIP membership also grant users access to VIP channels as well as VIP kits on active DFW-hosted sandbox/multiplayer servers.
	Member As of September 28, 2022, Member ranks and Recruits have been phased out, following a transition in favor of a two-tiered membership system. Members of the Delta Fighter Wing Gaming Community are users who have joined our Discord and self-assigned a membership role and game of affiliation. Applications are no longer necessary to become a Member of DFW and users can freely switch into membership roles through Discord. Membership is required for invites to any DFW clan, guild, or organization within our supported games.
